"Sharing the gift of health by encouraging and equipping individuals
to celebrate nutrition through nutrient-rich whole foods."
Leanne has a double portion life which is contagious to all she encounters. She inspires and equips individuals with the life skills to transition from SAD--the Standard American Diet--to eat real and nutrient-rich whole foods. A true creative and entrepreneur, you'll often find her inventing new recipes as she's working towards authoring her first Celebrate Nutrition cookbook.
She enjoys an active lifestyle and encourages people to make their health a nonnegotiable priority regardless of today's relentlessly fast paced world with reminders of the importance of simplicity. Her clients appreciate her empathetic, enthusiastic, quick humored spirit and the opportunity to replace feelings of overwhelm caused by misleading information with her credible, practical explanations to understanding nutrition as an everyday lifestyle.
Leanne holds a bachelor's degree in Health & Human Performance from George Fox University in Newberg, OR and furthered her studies through a year-long intensive fitness training school before receiving her certification as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. As a graduate and certified holistic health coach through New York's Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she also completed a plant-based chef school at Culinary Awakenings in Portland, OR. In 2009 she founded Engedi, a healthy-minded, organic espresso and real-fruit smoothie cafe in which 100% of every penny made helps fund 30 local non-profit outreach ministries.
Currently, Leanne's the director of nutrition for US Digital Corporation and honored to be sharing the gift of health with its employees and non-profit members onsite. Offsite, she's just as passionate for actively reaching her local Clark County community through the powerful synergistic combination of her extensive knowledge of whole foods combined with fitness training, providing a powerful synergism for her clientele to discover lifelong, optimal health.
